I’ve taken a few days this week as a mental break to help myself recenter and be prepared for the upcoming Spring.

During this time I have finished my Heartopia stuff from the winter event and am looking forward to the upcoming spring stuff

While I’ve been waiting I have found myself enjoying Marvel Rivals a bunch and also discovered that you can mod the game.

While these mods are only on my side and I’m the only person who can see then they do bring a smile to my face when playing, there’s no benefit to them other than the grin on my face so I think its good

This has made me think about the user created items in Heartopia and other games and how i think they can be so good for player expression and to help games be more enjoyable for their players.

Once I have experienced more with Heartopia and Understand the user creation tools more I am definitley going to sit down and write a nice book in the game and see what people think.

Maybe I can post it here too for all the people who don’t play the game :)
